On August 29th, 2025 the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office arrested Douglas W Criswell, age 41, Marion, after an investigation into multiple thefts from motor vehicles inside Crawford County.
In total the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office took 5 reports of vehicles that had items stolen from them on August 25, 2025.
Douglas is currently being incarcerated at the Crawford County Justice Center for charges of Theft and Misuse of a Credit Card.
