Schroeder to guide grades 3-5 as Shelby elementary principal

Shelby City Schools is seeing leadership changes. Justin Schroeder, former middle school assistant principal, is set to become principal for grades 3–5, pending board approval. He replaces Sue Snyder, who is leaving for another district. Superintendent Michael Browning praised Schroeder’s student-first approach and leadership growth. Schroeder, a Shelby educator since 2015, expressed excitement for the new role and commitment to supporting students and staff. Tim Rodenbaugh was also recently named assistant principal of Shelby High School.
