The Miss Ohio program gets underway tonight at 7 p.m, inside of the Renaissance Theatre in downtown Mansfield, with the Outstanding Teen competition.
A total of 18 are competing with 3 local contestants: Abigail Kern of Mansfield, and two from Crawford County: Rhiley Skaggs of Galion and Marlie Hosey of Bucyrus.
