A new festival will take place in Shelby on May 31st at the Black Fork Commons Plaza. Shelby mayor, Steve Schag, along with Aaron Billheimer and Connie Roub from the Shelby Downtown Business Team, stopped into the studio to share details about the Shel-Bee Festival.
