City of Mansfield Finance Director, Kelly Blankenship, told members of City Council this week that she has a very cautious outlook due to income taxes being slightly below estimated revenue for this year, which she called unusual.
According to RichlandSource.com, Blankenship mentioned changes at the state level in business net profit collections are impacting Mansfield revenues. She doesn't forecast any budget changes right now, but said, there may not be much of a carry over at the end of the year.
