In Crawford County, the Bucyrus area received damage from the storms that rolled through northern Ohio in the late afternoon on Wednesday.

The Bucyrus Police Department said, they started to receive reports of storm damage just after 4 pm.

Officers and other agencies assisted in road closures and clean up. The storms knocked power to many in the area, which saw trees and power lines come down.

No injuries were reported.

The National Weather Service is expected to survey the storm damage today to determine if it was a tornado.

Richland County EMA Director, Rebecca Owens, said, several trees were reported down near Bellville, but no other damage at this time.
