A 21 year resident of Mansfield says she will run for City Council. RichlandSource.com reports, Amanda Stanfield will run for City Council in the 4th Ward. Stanfield works for Richland Academy of the Arts, plus has been an active volunteer in the Mansfield area and led the North Lake Park Neighborhood Watch for more than 10 years. Stanfield has lived in Mansfield’s 4th Ward for 19 years.
