RichlandSource.com reports that the pair were arrested near the Ohio 97 Bellville exit, which is about 4 miles from the Morrow County line. Jewan Kyle is a suspect in a homicide investigation in Cleveland, while his brother Steven Kyle is wanted for drug trafficking in West Virginia.
