A ground breaking ceremony took place this week for a treehouse classroom, which will be built at the Ohio Bird Sanctuary.

According to RichlandSource.com, a company out of the state of Washington is handling the $380,000 construction project. Work is underway and the hope is to be complete sometime in the middle of August. Gail Laux, Executive Director of the Ohio Bird Sanctuary said it’s exciting and will let kids learn and explore trees.
