Ashland police have arrested a man on stalking related charges. 47 year old Scott Fulk was taken into custody and charged with 7 counts of menacing by stalking, after several women told authorities he would send them unwanted packages, letters and cards. A search warrant was executed at Fulk’s home and found evidence that connected him to the items sent to the women. RichlandSource.com reports that Fulk was taken to the Ashland Jail and is facing one count for possession of criminal tools.
