Ashland City Schools Look To Build Multi-purpose Fieldhouse

Ashland City Schools have discussed a plan to build a multipurpose fieldhouse. The project is expected to cost between $2.5 and $3 million. RichlandSource.com reports that over $1 million has been raised already and if approved, hope to have it ready by the fall of next year.

The fieldhouse would have 3 full sized basketball courts, which could also be used for tennis courts and baseball and softball areas to hit. There would be a weight room and 2nd floor for a possible track. The exact plans have not yet been approved by the Ashland School board.  Most of the money raised so far has come from donations.
